We guaranteed all products that we send out passed strict quality checking to ensure our customer is thrilled, delighted and completely satisfied with our carpet when they received and unboxing our parcel.
Exchange
We understand in rare cases you might have placed the wrong model or decided to change the colour of the carpet, kindly contact us for an exchange arrangement assistant. Exchange item pricing shall be less then or equivalent to the item pricing, top-up will be required if the model you wanted to exchange is more expensive then the product that you currently purchased.
You may require sending back the item to us with both way courier fees borne by customer. Items should be returned unused, clean, not cut into any shapes and with all tags attached and in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and if the carpet to be found in unsuitable condition, we will sent back to you.
Refund
Kindly contact us for return refund authorization, any return without prior notice will not be entertained.
Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the product purchase amount excluding shipping cost will be credited based on the following payment method.
